bachelor degree in engineering in: robotics, mechatronics, electric, electronic or similar. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, knowledge in joining processes, focus on customer, deep knowledge on problem-solving tools.
advance english skills (writing and speaking).
responsibilities
* comply with the sealing control plan regarding non-destructive and destructive tests.
* ensure control plans are updated and approved according to production changes.
* develop and implement new joining technologies from concept to plant implementation.
* provide traditional and non-traditional solutions to joining-related issues across multiple disciplines and manufacturing functions.
* mentor others in plant audits for control plan execution, adherence to engineering specifications, plant skill set verification, and overall joining quality system.
* follow the different procedures and specifications applicable to joining (welding and sealing).
* improve the joining processes according to data obtained from the control plans.
* monitor and improve the flash-free indicator according to priorities based on voice of the customer.
* ensure all the parameters monitoring functions from the controllers are turned on and the process is being monitored all the time.
* keep the team aligned to the different joining strategies implementation.
* ensure all the welding and sealing consumables to cover the production every day.
* perform projects to solve critical joining issues.
* reduce costs through the reduction of consumables used in production like tips and blades.
* control the scrap produced by destructive tests.
* lead all related to environmental dimension in the body shop area.
* receive and lead the annual joining audit and all the environmental audits in the body shop.
