*responsibilities*: keysight is looking for a proven experienced sales account manager within the test and measurement industry to manage a territory located in the baja california area.
this individual will be responsible for growing the business and successfully implementing a business plan to develop accounts, find new customers and accounts, and propose business and technical solutions to meet customer's stated and unarticulated needs.this individual will be a leader, bringing internal teams together to execute our strategy for sustainable growth and responsible for a high level of customer satisfaction.- responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned territory.- interface with wireless, energy, internet infrastructure, automotive, semiconductors, and a&d ecosystems and other key industries- promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions.- creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans.- responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.- maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.- proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities- determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies- leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations- solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity- grow your funnel intake, manage opportunities, and complex issues requiring leadership and coordination with various organizations within the company- develop and build long-term relationships and loyalty with customersqualifications:- bs/ms in electronics and communications engineering or relevant education.- requires at least 5-10 years of industry related experience in technical product sales.- account management experience in the electronic manufacturing market segment.- strong understanding of electronics test and measurements
