* implement tools that favor the continuous evaluation of operational personnel.
* maintain documentation of processes required for continuous improvement.
* manage monitoring and control tools for key performance indicators.
* maintain effective communication with operations leaders and multidisciplinary team.
how to thrive in this role?
* you have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration or related career.
* you have knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.
* you have knowledge in ms office, power bi, and intermediate excel (design and programming of macros).
* you have skills to lead kaizen sessions.
