this position is vital to gates because you will improve the plant performance.
key responsibilities (to name a few):
* maintain the organization, facilities, machinery, equipment, and intellectual capital at its maximum levels of customer focus.
* channel the resources and efforts of the organization towards opportunities that allow it to achieve significant economic results and fulfill customer expectations.
* apply physical and financial resources for increasing dividends and supervise internal control and sox procedures.
* manage the entire organizational process (finance, it, imes, hse, human resources, continuous improvement, materials, maintenance, engineering, banking operations, operations prepared materials, quality and technical services).
* ensure the correct administration of financial, material, and human resources, minimizing production stoppages and generating new business opportunities.
* obtain information about competition and other gates manufacturing plants regarding new manufacturing technologies.
* verify and increase intellectual capital through training and staff development, establishing and agreeing on goals and objectives with area heads.
