the supervisor is also responsible for obtaining or receiving tickets and merchandise, totaling bills, accepting payments, and making changes for customers in the camp store.

this includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid property and area knowledge, and all other components of guest service.perform all check-in and check-out tasks.manage online and phone reservations.take messages and redirect calls to appropriate parties.inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay).provide information about our property, available accommodations, amenities and rates.respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.operate office equipment, such as scanners, printers, etc.communicate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all accommodations are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs.confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for vip customers and event attendees.operate computer reservation system.maintain updated records of bookings and payments.perform various clerical tasks as needed (sorting mail, paper filing, etc).provide local information on restaurants, special sites, activities, etc.effectively operate pos system to correctly assign payments for tickets and merchandise, including accepting payments and providing accurate change.calculate sales discount to determine the price.perform other duties as assigned.demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.what you bringhigh school diploma or ged equivalent.previous hospitality and/or retail experience
