The country manager reports to the federation lead and will own the p&l for the local market.

daily responsibilities:
1. responsible for a country sales organization.
2. manages to implement sales strategy with local adoptions, based on the group strategy defined by the federation leader.

job requirements
your knowledge:
1. mba or similar degree preferable/relevant experience.
2. self-starter, resilient with a desire to achieve results.
3. someone that takes ownership and accountability for the business and people they lead.
4. oversee all aspects of business operations, including recruiting and training staff and maintaining budgets.
5. innovative and communicative; ability to communicate verbally and in writing in english as well as spanish.
your experience:
1. 10 - 15 years of experience in the following areas:
2. minimum of 15 years’ sales related work experience in an it environment with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
3. preferred experience in building new service offerings.
4. experience in leading groups from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
5. regional expertise – must possess a deep understanding of local politics to enforce laws and regulations.
6. strategic planning – a key part of this role is using research to develop brand strategies and implement them to promote services and gtm.
7. c-level relationships at customers and vendors a must, across the continent a bonus.
8. strong understanding of finance functions.
