*education*:
- bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing or business.
*experience*:
- have 2-3 years of proven success in lead generation, cold calling and meeting generation & coordination.
- experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, cold calling and appointment setting.
- software and/or manufacturing industry experience a plus.
- hubspot (and/or other crm) experience a plus.
*knowledge*:
- knowledge of, or ability to grasp, commonly used concepts, practices, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing industry.
- fluent in english and spanish (preferable).
*skills*:
- be able to qualify opportunities and identify sales stages accordingly.
- understand, or be able to grasp, the manufacturing operations software sales cycle.
*responsibilities*:
- qualify all sales leads and coordinate follow-ups as appropriate with outside sales.
- consistently log and record each outreach and/or contact made in hubspot.
report regularly on activities to outside sales and marketing management, both ad hoc and in regularly scheduled staff meetings.
- serve as a bridge between marketing and sales.
be cognizant of marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment of those initiatives with both corporate goals and outside sales expectations.
- maintain customer-facing sales presentations, to include creation, updating and merging of materials from marketing and product teams.
- support outside sales in proposal generation by proofing, formatting, and ensuring up-to-date information for standard content such as software subscription agreements and terms of sale.
- coordinate inclusion of content from marketing, product and other teams as needed for inclusion in proposals.
- review, maintain and improve pricing tools for use by outside sales.
- define and enforce booking/quoting procedures, such as alignment of purchase order terms with proposals at time of order placement.
