role summary:
* responsible for providing technical and commercial support to key customers, in their region/market, seeking to achieve the stipulated goals.
* report information from your sales area.
* seek excellence in service with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction and sustainable results.
* prospect for new customers and maintain existing customers.
* work in different segments, observing the particularities and needs of each client.
what you’ll be doing
* develop the market/regions with commercial actions.
* monitor sales, follow up on key opportunities and continually seek new business.
* prospect for new customers and new applications for existing customers.
* prepare technical specifications and define the project, demonstrating to the customer the advantages and the return they can have with our equipment.
* involve the application engineering team in defining the best solution for more complex projects.
* provide advanced technical and commercial support to customers.
* use the erp system to check the progress of your sales.
* maintain customer loyalty with periodic visits to understand needs and select the most appropriate solution.
* map and minimize the impact of competitors’ actions.
* follow defined strategies and apply them for the development of the market/region.
* negotiate sales proposals and projects, maintaining ethics and global compliance rules.
* provide advanced training to clients and give technical lectures.
* train potential sales representatives, distributors and employees.
* keep up to date with the company's global training platform and the particularities of each market/region.
* monitor the results of the region/market.
* reporting of sales results and forecasts (weekly forecast).
* participate in fairs and events.
* visit customers and their facilities to maintain loyalty.
* resolve any incidents after delivery and installation of products.
* provide support and suggestions for improving performance.
* support the financial team in billing and portfolio recovery.
* comply with iso 9001, 14000 and ehs standards and procedures in accordance with the training carried out periodically.
this is what you’ll need to be successful in this role
* engineering: mechanical or mechatronics; industrial; electronics and chemistry.
* experience in industrial sales and advanced technical support.
* experience in managing key clients.
* advanced technical knowledge of industrial equipment.
* advanced commercial and administrative knowledge (desirable).
* intermediate english.
