*main purpose*
this role is responsible for leading icm area for latam through manteninance, support and guarantee the variable compensation calculation.
this position collaborates with hr, sales, hr ops, tr coe, sales intelligence to ensure correct execution of payments for our sales operations.
also, this role is responsible for supporting control, and tr teams for periodic requests and check points across differente countries.
*accountabilities*
- sustain and post implementation icm system: executing and reviewing payment processes
- execute the bonus & commission calculation in icm tool and validation (by channel, by model, by employee)
- ensure and monitoring the systems interfaces (sap, payroll, myhr, edm)
- guide and advise hrs and sales team on the correct use of the icm tool
- connect local teams (gtm, sales strategy, sales leader, hrbp, payroll and it) and esbo's cci central team
- work with sales for timely quota and sales data input
- ensure that the bonus calculations gets to esbo team (cci) in a timely manner.
- support agenda for employees' data cleaning in myhr
- secure employee payment
- management vendor's tool (beqon) and governance:
- work closely with market leads to support the design of the retained organizations post-gbs
- work closely with sector change management team to build an effective change plan
- lead a succesful transition from market to hrops - through coordination of effective kc/kt activities, ensuring target go live dates are met with full activity transition completed documentation y process mapping by ou
- identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project, liaise with suppliers both internal and external.
- responsible for stakeholder management - communicates short-term plans, priorities, and project status to relevant stakeholders, and project team.
- responsible for completing project governance for all allocated projects/markets
- completing status reporting, providing project visibility to wider gbs project team
*qualifications/requirements*:
- 3+ years relevant compensation or finance experience (costing/budget management/salary planning)
- college degree in relevant discipline desired
- engineering, economy, or business administration degrees, preferably
- fully bilingual (english - spanish)
