*job qualification*education and experience:- bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification- previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 4+ years).- experience with ppd systems such as ctms, rave, preclarus.knowledge, skills and abilities:- ability to multitask, prioritize and pay close attention to detail- strong written and verbal communication skills- strong understanding of relational database concepts- skill to organize and analyze interpret data trends- ability to focus on project work and efficiently bring projects to completion- familiarity with data manipulation or presentation tools such as sql, report writing packages, or ms access- ability to effectively manage projects, budgets and timelines- ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and adapt to changing prioritiesmanagement role:- previous management responsibilityppd values the health and well-being of our employees.
