position: executive/operations assistant

pay range: usd 1,000 - 2,000 per month (the final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

company/client overview: insurance industry.
responsibilities:
* support the entire 10-person team with company-wide administrative tasks.
* handle crm cleanup and data management.
* create certificates of insurance and prepare proposal/signature bundles.
* assist with back-office functions, including customer success operations as needed.
* contribute to improving and documenting standard operating procedures (sops) for new systems.
* provide potential client-facing support, requiring strong english proficiency.
qualifications:
* experience: minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
* self-starter: able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
* quick learner: adaptable to new tools, systems, and workflows.
* detail-oriented: committed to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
