*key functions:
- implement, maintain and improve the quality system of the organization.
- attend visits from customers, suppliers, corporate to meet the required demands.
- manage the process of internal audits (audits to the sgc, audits of the manufacturing process and audit of the product to meet the requirements of customers and the organization.
- train the people who make up the work team of the area, for their development and growth in the department.
- support to aqe /qe in the development of ppap for client approval.
- participate with the apqp team for the development of new projects
- participate in staff training (hr training plan), with the aim of transmitting the needs for quality in the organization.
- participate in the analysis and solution of problems in other areas, with the appropriate risk reduction and analysis approach
- support in the resolution of quality problems in production processes, with the quality approach.
- participate in training that the organization grants to increase or reinforce the knowledge or experience of the person.
- compliance with iatf 16949 and iso 14001, biqs - q1, vda 6.3
- maintain updated glass wall boards (floor and plant management)
- support qes with necessary information for daily accountability meetings
- actively participate in accountability meetings
- follow up on closing audit findings (internal audit, process audit, product audit, customer audits, and certification audits)
*qualifications*:
- mechanical, industrial engineer or related
- 3 years of experience (automotive desirable)
- iatf 16949 auditor
- gm requirements
- core tools
- biqs
- vda 6.3
- auditories 1st, 2nd and 3rd part
- advanced english
- erp (plex is a plus)
