The company requires a regional operations manager to implement its global preparedness strategy for specialized threat incidents, including kidnapping-for-ransom and extortion.
key responsibilities:
* deliver the company's specialized threat program at the regional level, providing exceptional support to local site, country, and area security leaders.
* build cross-functional partnerships with security, human resources, employee relations, and legal teams to focus on incident prevention and response.
* serve as a key liaison for partnerships with regional and local teams to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
* develop threat assessments and design training products to mitigate kidnapping and extortion risks in collaboration with business partners.
* support regional security and business leaders in responding to special threats-related incidents while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of customer engagement.
requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, intelligence, or other security-related field.
* at least 3+ years of work in the private sector.
* bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in corporate security, international security, criminal justice, or related field from an accredited college or university.
* strong written and verbal communications skills.
* advanced use of english and microsoft office tools.
