in this role you will be primarily responsible for tracking key metrics and action items for programs and processes in the last mile operation, such as: payments, losses, on road hours, strategy tracking, driver experience, daily tracking and safety/security investigation track, always assuring all teams (internal and external) are aligned with standard procedures and requirements always focusing in customer experience.
