- creation/validation of purchase order supporting documentation
- communications with suppliers regarding delivery status / coordination and tracking of shipments
- expedite urgent materials in case of any discrepancy, spike order, vendor delays, etc.
- reconciliation of invoice discrepancies
- gap analisys comprehension, detection, and execution
- work as a member of the project teams to fulfill customer requirements
*requirements*:
- bachelor´s degree in business, finance, economics, or logistics
- english (able to communicate)
- advanced hands-on knowledge of sap, excel, and microsoft office
- providing analyses as required by supply chain management
- excellent communications skills, including the ability to provide data in a concise and appropriate detail
- good sense of urgency
- highly self-motivated individual who requires and prefers little guidance from manager
- adaptability to a fast paced and changing business environment
- excellent positive attitude
