apply the lean sigma methodology to improve processes and facilitate the one safran implementation, train and involve people in different tools or improvement programs (kaizen, qrqc, 5s, tpm, etc.), coach green belts, lead the most ambitious projects in all areas, driving force in promoting the lean sigma culture. Evaluate projects, finances, impact, time, etc.

1. to implement the structure of the project management (especially the decision-making body « steering committee »)
2. to identify the needs in resources and negotiate their provision with the sponsor
3. to drive the project in incorporating its change management
4. to involve the projects shareholders
5. to share feedback with other project pilots
6. coach the gb´s in ls methodology with projects lasting no longer than 6 months exceptionally 12 months.
7. propose some ideas of improvement focused to improve the own performance or effectiveness.
8. participates actively to s+ networks (events, animation of local networks etc.).
9. challenges the sponsors by giving them support
10. lead kaizen events
