headquartered in new york city, suntory global spirits is a subsidiary of suntory holdings, which is world renowned for delivering quality and excellence across a range of products and categories.role responsibilitiesleverage the sales analysts to promote standardized reporting & develop action-driven automated dashboards.work with the leadership team to look for automation driven solutions which drive effectiveness and efficiencies within organization.lead relevant automation projects working with global it & commercial excellence team aimed at tracking must win kpis tracking by customers.lead training & presentations regarding analytics for internal & external customers.performance enablementmaintain and update the business performance scorecard aligned to the business vision by region/key customers.collaborate with the mlt to enable joint business planning with key customers through structured systems and processes.develop, implement, and/or monitor regional initiatives requested to the market.lead the commercial learning & developmentmaintain and adapt global tools for regional needs and establish fit with wider commercial training programme.lead the process of commercial need analysis, develop a commercial learning calendar for all existing team members & new hires in commercial function.oversee high quality content creation in areas of data & analytics, revenue growth management, premiumization, supply chain forecasting, outlet execution.review processlead the monthly commercial review process along with sales director & commercial marketing director.review of automation tools performance & usage.qualificationsuniversity degree- bs/ba or equivalent.5 years experience in commercial/sales leadership role in fmcg or cpg environment.strong language skills fluent in written & spoken english
