Job description
1. communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
2. support customer inquiries by fielding calls while being a source of information and problem solving to client satisfaction.
3. develop design alternatives when necessary and clearly communicate the reasons for the design alternatives.
4. prioritize and multitask during high volume periods and maintain customer parameters.
5. continuously communicate with the team to resolve customer needs and proactively manage workload.
6. propose final buy and competitive pricing to customers.
7. secure orders, guarantee product standard and assure product timely delivery.
8. establish customer rapport and acceptance.
9. help clients to solve problems with product usage.
10. generate initial cost estimates for client inquiry in a timely manner.
needed skills
1. no issue with domestic and regional travelling.
2. good communication skills.
3. handles “pressure situations” with a professional demeanor.
4. board passer; preferably a graduate of civil or mechanical engineering.
5. good technical understanding of engineering technical drawings and metal fabrication.
6. experience in sales/marketing in the steel industry is a big advantage.
7. fresh graduates with excellent credentials are encouraged to apply.
8. able to speak bisaya.
salary range: since he/she is a trainee, we can give at least 16k - davao rate, and this will be adjusted after 3 months depending on performance, with another adjustment once he/she is regularized.
work schedule: monday to saturday depending on the sales team schedule.
work location: manila and davao, but most of the time he/she will be based in davao.
