main point of contact with hr team and production leads to gather, centralize, and optimize employee experience to ensure we attract and retain the best fit talent for our clients

*requirements*:
for this position you need to have experience?In?The following:
- degree in psychology, business, communications, marketing or related field.
- minimum 3 years' experience in the technology field is a must.
- minimum 2 years' experience in hr management
- minimum 1+ years' experience in leadership
- proven experience in one or all areas of: human resources, event planning, psychology, and organizational behavior.
- advanced english? (written and spoken).
- use of microsoft office, powerpoint is of particular use.
- organized and detail-oriented.
an articulate and extremely strong communicator
- ability to multitask and meet various deadlines.
- emotional intelligence.
he or she should be able to connect with employees on an emotional level, and be a people person.
- availability to work on site at ensenada, baja california office periodically.
- excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- solid working knowledge of hr compliance laws and regulations.
- ability to foresee possible issues and troubleshoot them proactively.
*responsibilities*
if you get accepted your day-to-day activities and responsibilities would look like:
- help plan and execute corporate events in support of the internal cultural initiatives of the company.
examples of types of programs would include: advancio incubator, birthday programs, anniversary programs, trainings, summer company outing, holiday party, intern/co-op program, university visits and monthly culture events.
- manage company events calendar posting employee events and internal promotional campaigns.
including booking quarterly cascade meetings, monthly themed events, team and intern/co-op events, customer visitations/quest events.
- assist with planning, shopping and use of seasonal and themed decorations for the common areas of the hq office.
- coordinate with finance for events with external vendors including suppliers, entertainment providers, caterers, restaurants, giveaway vendor, event venues, and audio/visual companies.
- maintain and track the culture budget involving invoice, purchase order, data entry and spend analysis tasks.
- coordinate and lead regular communication to the culture ambassadors (culture committee) in the regional offices: casablanca, morocco and los angeles, usa, to keep the informed and engaged.
- provide company wide communication support through the development and deployment of our internal intranet, video and digital signage system
- manage our company giveaway program: gifts, customer on-boarding packages, new employee bags,
- provide culture services support to the recruiting resource and hr including orientation, lunch-and-learns and networking/bonding events throughout the year.
- assist in the production of internal promotional videos for the culture, recruiting and hr functions.
- coordinate w/marketing to design and implement the social media content strategy for #beadvancio and the advancio career page
- coordinate our internal award programs: the advancio peer recognition awards, 5 and 10 year service, and periodic contest awards, examples: chili cook-off, halloween costume, holiday decoration contest, etc.
- coordinate our training and development programs such as the 30-60-90 day plans, career growth plans and 360 performance review programs
- continually canvas current talent for satisfaction, engagement to detect areas of improvement
- promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
- yearly review benefit packages offered at a global level and p
