*responsibilities*:
- the agent is will answer inbound and outbound calls from customers who are subscribed to different newspapers around the u.s.
- utilize knowledge base and training to answer customer questions and needs accurately.
- attempt to collect past due amounts.
- adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements.
*job requirements*:
- call center experience.
- must have a good work history and positive attendance.
- fluent english.
- excellent verbal communication skills.
- typing level - 25 wpm (words per minute)
- ability to multitask.
*job types*: full-time, commission
*salary*: $4,000 unlimited commissions.
