*key functions*:
- attend visits from customers, suppliers, corporate to meet the requirement demands
- receive and analyze customer complaints for the implementations of actions in a timely manner and respond to customer
- train the people to make up the work team in the area, for their development and growth in the deparment
- monitoring and review of ppaps for the final approval of the client
- participate with the apqp team for the development of the new projects
- participate in staff training with the aim of transmitting quality needs in the organization
- participate in analysis and solution of problems in other areas with approach of risk reduction and appropriate analysis
- support in the resolution of quality problems in production processes
- participate in the training that the organization grants to increase or reinforce the knowledge or experience of the person
- manage quality assurance on the floor within the quality system
- prepare capacity studies and analyze process studies
- participate in the process of internal and external auditories
*qualifications*:
- mechanical, industrial engineer or related
- 5 years of experience (automotive desirable)
- iatf 16949 auditor
