what do you get to do in this position?
1. implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in manual process, automatic process & plc (programmable logic control) using schneider performance system techniques and tools.
2. involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios in order to meet safety/quality/lead times and productivity requirements.
3. ensure the deployment of schneider performance system principles and implement lean/6 sigma tools.
4. participate in local meetings of their sector(s) and address necessary actions to quickly remove barriers.
5. manage the capacities vs workload balance with the dedicated tools (iq simulation, cama, corim, bridge ..) in internal and external lines.
6. optimize lead times and assure capacity of the lines.
7. write operator work instructions for training.
8. contribute to the development of new products (producible, feasible).
9. study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
10. qualifies means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers' location.
11. pilot new productions ramp-up.

* bachelor’s degree in a field of engineering, ie, me, ee.
* relevant experience preferred 1-2 years.

* fluent skills in english are required.
