this role will be focused on driving system and process improvements for the renewal sales leadership.
the initial responsibility for this individual is to act as the primary resource for launching our customer success platform that will be used to retain and grow our existing customers.
this position requires a systems and process view of the business as you will be working with renewal sales leadership to design and implement solutions to manage the renewal business.
ideally you possess an analytical mind with the ability to tell a "story" with data that aligns to business optimized outcomes.
this is a highly visible role that will partner with senior leadership, business applications, legal, finance, product management, marketing and other business partners across nutanix to drive sales efficiency and operational excellence.
you will lead internal projects to ensure that they meet all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, designing, deployment and adoption.

- primary point of contact for managing, deploying and maintaining the renewal account platform.

- act as a business partner to the customer success team, understand goals, outcomes, kpi's and strategy.
- understand the data architecture of cs platform tool, learn how to capture, and organize data, how to create advanced filters, formula fields and calculated metrics.
- design and create playbooks and custom automations.
- visualize cs data and outcomes by creating customer dashboards and sharing them with stakeholders.
- lead process improvements of the customer journey: drive improved customer experience, product adoption and overall customer health.
- works collaboratively with ww, regional and region operations resources to refine cs processes
- identify best in class processes and options to insert automation.
- structures analytical approaches and develops relevant reports.
- indirectly manages large, cross functional teams to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery.

*what you will bring*
- 5-10 years of business experience, including a proven track record of performance in sales reporting and analytics, strategy sales operations or program management roles.
- experience with end-to-end sales processes and tools
- ability to translate ideas and requirements from sales leadership into a documented strawman with defined timelines
- engage and guide technical resources to turn strawmen into insightful and actionable results.
- excellent communications skills and a high level of comfort collaborating with both sales and data minded cross functional team members.
- ability to articulate sales operations practices - renewals, channels, inside sales, presales, compensation,, etc
- experience with microsoft suite, salesforce, sfdc, clari and tableau
- detail-oriented but can also see the big picture.
