*responsibilities*:
- places calls to and/or receives calls from new and/ or existing customers.
- delivers world class customer service and follows-ups to customers pertaining to orders and received
- monitor customer spending habits to drive repurchases, upselling and cross-selling (recurring cleaning with home pickup/ delivery)
- support with some social media task. Previous experience managing social media is a plus
