your role and responsibilities
in this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of hr processes. Each day, you will provide hr support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing hr in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. The work model for the role is: #li-hybrid. This role is contributing to the sales & solutions and functions in the electrification distribution solutions division in mexico. You will be mainly accountable for:
1. understand and contribute to the overall business and people strategy, and take accountability for the overall hr contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and shared services.
2. determine and deliver the best approach in the area of responsibility and execute the hr priorities while adding value to the business.
3. facilitate change management initiatives and drive behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.
4. support the business and the execution of hr processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
5. ensure compliance with legislation, hr policies, and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
6. represent hr in the business, establish strong relationships with all business leaders and employees, and partner with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.
qualifications for the role
* 6+ years of progressive hr business partnership experience (performance and talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, hr management technology, engagement).
* solid knowledge of local employment and labor laws to ensure compliance.
* experience supporting an organization through transformation, including comfort with ambiguity and techniques to support change management.
* strategy and planning.
* experience providing coaching and feedback to leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
* advanced english.
