responsibilitiesand duties - sales & business development: sell software andservices to hospitality businesses using a consultative approach.manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals,and handle contracts and pricing discussions effectively.
-leadership & team management: train, mentor, and lead a team ofbusiness development representatives (bdrs).
set sales goals, planoutreach strategies, and measure team performance to achievetargets.
- industry & regional expertise: leverage knowledge ofhospitality technology (e.g., pms, channel managers) and us/ latammarket to navigate cultural differences, procurement processes, anddecision-making structures.
- product & technical skills:master dharma's product offerings, conduct compelling demos, andutilize crm tools (hubspot) to drive sales.
- cross-culturalcommunication: build relationships with clients from diversebackgrounds, confidently present value propositions, andcommunicate fluently in english and spanish.
qualifications -proven success in b2b hospitality saas sales is required.
-experience managing and mentoring a team of business developmentrepresentatives (bdrs).
- strong understanding of hospitalitytechnology, including pms, channel managers, and booking engines.
-demonstrated success in cross-regional sales, particularly in usand mexico markets.
