- initiate, administer and act as a central interpretation resource for personnel policies and procedures.
implement programs and policies to control and minimize the cost of partner turnover and absenteeism; optimize partner morale through management development, and proper communications.
- work with hrtl to standardize hr work to improve efficiency.
- administer the job bidding system at the plant, including career counseling; assure preparation and regular maintenance of job descriptions for plant-based jobs, both hourly and management.
- work with the hr team leader to implement strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- conduct recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes for hourly positions (according to authorized procedures), to maintain a world-class operation.
- develop and administer annual training program according to home office guidelines and stps requirements, assuring execution in an adequate time and manner.
- comply with stps training legal requirements (dc1, dc2, dc3, etc.).
- maintain partner and position information in hr systems including workday and kronos.
- manage performance evaluations (new hirings, promotions and annual).
- conduct engagement surveys and follow up improvement plans.
- collaborate with schools and universities for school-business agreements (interns, continuous education, "no educational lag" campaign (high school) for new partners.
- ensure compliance with the sqf policy established by the home office.
- collaborate with hr leader for partner recognitions (birthday and anniversaries, school achievements, outstanding partners, etc).
- monitor order and cleanliness for dressing rooms, assign lockers to partners and do semestral inspections.
- administer salto system for partners and contractors.
- communicate hr policies, compensation, benefits, and other hr initiatives to partners.
- responsible for communication (hdsource screen, hr boards, etc.)
- collaborate with hr leader to attend social responsibility audits, stps inspections and labor relations activities.
- support in activities inherent to the area.
