*job summary: *
the sales manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, following up on quotes, and ensuring seamless communication between the company and clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, and business expansion.
*key responsibilities: *
* act as the primary contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
* follow up on quotations and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
* collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to provide accurate pricing and lead times.
* track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
* negotiate terms with customers and work towards closing deals that align with company objectives.
* monitor market trends and customer demands to provide feedback for business strategy.
* ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions, quotations, and contracts.
* support internal teams by communicating customer requirements effectively.
* assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
*qualifications: *
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry.
* strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
* experience with the immex program and export regulations is a plus.
* proficiency in microsoft office and crm tools.
* fluent in english and spanish.

* knowledge of molding, stamping, and assembly processes.
* familiarity with automotive supplier requirements and quality standards.
