Responsible for hr kpis such as: absenteeism, rotation, security. Ensure full compliance with the code of conduct and internal policies and regulations. Manage compensation and benefits.
Experiência y requisitos
minimum 5 years of experience in human resources department bachelor of business administration, or similar. Employee service orientation. Good communication, leadership, teamwork. Knowledge of mexican labor law, social security law, stps, iso 9001, fluent english.
