We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales manager with a proven track record in b2b sales, leadership, and cross-regional selling. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the hospitality industry, exceptional sales expertise, and the ability to manage and mentor a team. This role requires a consultative selling approach, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and experience in us/mexico-latam markets. responsibilities and duties
* sales & business development: sell software and services to hospitality businesses using a consultative approach. Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, and handle contracts and pricing discussions effectively.
* leadership & team management: train, mentor, and lead a team of business development representatives (bdrs). Set sales goals, plan outreach strategies, and measure team performance to achieve targets.
* industry & regional expertise: leverage knowledge of hospitality technology (e.g., pms, channel managers) and us/latam market to navigate cultural differences, procurement processes, and decision-making structures.
* product & technical skills: master dharma’s product offerings, conduct compelling demos, and utilize crm tools (hubspot) to drive sales.
* cross-cultural communication: build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, confidently present value propositions, and communicate fluently in english and spanish.
qualifications
* proven track record in b2b sales, preferably in the hospitality or saas industry.
* experience managing and mentoring a team of business development representatives (bdrs).
* strong understanding of hospitality technology, including pms, channel managers, and booking engines.
* demonstrated success in cross-regional sales, particularly in us and mexico markets.
* excellent negotiation, closing, and pipeline management skills.
* tech-savvy with proficiency in crm tools.
* exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* fluent in english and spanish.
* self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
