Overview:this position is responsible to establish and maintain effective employee relations through the uniform and equitable application of organization policies, procedures, and employment law.

qualificationsrequirements:bachelor?S degree or equivalent experience in a human resources-related field, plus a minimum of two years human resources experience in one or more of the following areas, employment, benefits, employee relations, training and development, eeoc, osha or fmla regulations.must be able to work overnight shifts.excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills.strong analytical and decision making skills.proficient with microsoft excel, word, power point and windows.advance english level required.
