*job description*:tunecore's artist and partner relations team works with our vip artist community, dsp partners andinternal teams to provide a best-in-class digital distribution experience.tunecore is looking for a director, artist and partner relations, to join our team, help drive thecompany's client experience strategy with creativity and innovation at the forefront of the role.as the director of artist and partner relations, you'll drive our small team of managers to providebest-in-class services.
you'll also work cross-functionally with several teams across the business toensure tunecore delivers the best product experience on the market by acting as the voice of ourclients during product development, and throughout the year with monthly reports.you'll also be responsible for reviewing and executing staffing plans throughout each year to supportour rapidly growing (and global) client base.
tunecore's artist and partner relations team sits all overthe country, with team members in austin, nashville and brooklyn.to be successful in this role, you'll need to be a seasoned music professional with demonstratedexperience managing/leading teams, and a deep knowledge of operational best practices andperformance management.
