As a maintenance manager, you will plan, lead, and guide the maintenance department to assure the facility's safety and environmental compliance.
maintain and upgrade the facility to enable operating, quality and financial objectives.
*key responsibilities*
- improve the manufacturing reliability and capability to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- work closely with the productions managers to improve process reliability, processing efficiencies, establish and lead to operating budget.
- drive efficiency and effectiveness in the preventative maintenance process.
*qualifications*:
- bs degree in engineering 8-10 years' of maintenance experience acquired in a manufacturing environment that includes process safety, maintenance, & production/ plant supervision; and strong problem solving.
- proven experience with respect to instrumentation, process control systems and strong team leadership & human resource skills to empower and own the supervisory, production and engineering personnel.
- coatings or chemical industries experience is preferred.
