*key responsibilities*:
- participate and get track of new integration initiatives (app, storage, network, data, system, security and development) ensuring they are aligned to new technologies.
- ensure the platform in terms of attention to vulnerabilities reported by the vendors, prioritizing the update of the most critical.
- establish the baseline of the platform, as well as the utilities and products that run on it to establish the correct relationship of components and keep track of changes that occur on them.
- document all procedures related to these functions and review them every 6 months to ensure their validity.
- participate of the analysis, projection and capacity planning for this platform, proposing improvements in current performance, as well as capacity growth plans based on expected growth to support the future demand of the services.
*knowledge/experience*:
- +3 years of experience on tandem platform technical support.
- event management systems (for monitoring purposes)
- processes and best practices in administration of information technologies.
- architectures and technological platforms.
- internal processes of citibanamex / citi for the administration of the technology.
- high knowledge in trasactional environments ( pathway, mq & tuxedo), in both physical and virtual nonstop environments.
- high knowledge in shell scripting, ssh, ssl, mq clustering, tacl, scf, ems, batchcom, and other nonstop subsystems.
- basic knowledge of oracle tuxedo in the distributed environments.
