- contribute to the achievement of the objectives to achieve and exceed the goals of the insurance aop through new teams and distribution channels, specializing in sales techniques, handling objections, products and through a high quality methodology implementing a model of insurance management which includes accompaniment and visits to clients, a robust training program, coaching, incentive and motivation schemes, measurement and follow-up.
- lead multifunctional work teams with internal areas, business partners and external suppliers that allow the generation of new initiatives that lead to an increase in sales.
- responsible for the profitable construction of a robust and sustainable long-term business case for the implementation of a new insurance distribution channel through inmx financial advisors with the aim of competing with other insurers and attracting new clients to inmx.

- close working relationship with global and countries where there are similar distribution channels to copy practices and adapt models to the mexican market.
- responsible for building a highly competitive team to be responsible for communication towards the group and towards the bank.
- maintain a relationship with the main commercial partners directors / deputy directors of the segments, internal and external for the sale, retention and distribution of the insurance product for hsbc clients.

main responsibilities
- train the team of high-performance insurance specialists (bdms), recruiting the entire team with experience in both hard and soft skills
- develop each element in the rest of skills and knowledge with the support of the hr and training teams to achieve commercial and financial objectives.
design and implement business strategies for the prospecting, commercialization and retention of insurance for clients of key segments such as: p/a, wealth, pcs, pex.
- work hand in hand with the heads of each segment and each division in both face-to-face and remote sessions
- develop and implement promotional initiatives and campaigns.
- implement the sales methodology and business model of the team of insurance specialists (bdms)
- responsible for the portfolio, number of policies and pna
- ensure the profitability of the portfolio of both new sales and renewals
- lead the team of specialists responsible for each division
- develop a business case to measure the feasibility of creating a new distribution channel (wealth planners) in a model of financial advisors for the sale of insurance to the open market.
