/job focus
- accountable for the delivery of the full p&l for oncology in mexico
- leads and coaches the marketing and customer facing teams to implement business strategies/tactics to achieve revenue targets
- leads the digital transformation with customer focus in oncology
- ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and sops, pfizer values, and global guidelines (including mapp, fcpa), as appropriate.
responsibilities-
- sets strategic vision for pfizer in the category; obtain stakeholder and leadership buy-in and colleague engagement-
- develops sound business strategies unique to the needs of the category to maximize the patient impact and the revenue for pfizer-
- ensures ideal allocation of customer facing resources and flawless alignment between the commercial and promotional teams under a f2f and virtual ecosystem-
- work in conjunction with the access and commercial teams to develop strategies to maximize business results and stay ahead of the competition, with focus on both new product launches and late stage lifecycle.-
- ensures robust and accurate financial forecasting aligned to customer needs, brand opportunities and market dynamics.-
- optimizes the profitability of the category by making active trade-off and resource allocation decisions.-
- lifecycle management - managing a portfolio with different product lifecycle stages-
- leads and coaches a high performing team and develop colleagues in line with the pfizer growth philosophy-
- ensures the effective utilization of robust processes for talent and performance management to strengthen capabilities in the team, both at cm-2 and cm-3 levels-

- experience in agile methodologies and digital transformation strongly preferred.-
- proven success in leading marketing, commercial and/or management of a multi-brand portfolio.-
- broad knowledge and experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.-
- proven success reaching revenue targets and managing business p&l is desired.-
- university degree.
advanced degree and mba are desirable-
