As* business analyst specialist i* you will collaborate with internal customers, staff, it colleagues, and other partners to identify requirements assess impacts to other data and systems, consider available technologies, compare costs and benefits, and recommend solutions.
they become business or function specialist, can be technology generalists or specialists, providing an array of services such as business process improvement, priority-setting facilitation, project definition or design, and broker it and contract services.
*key responsibilities*
- ability to develop functional specifications, test plans, coordinate testing efforts and manage change management as needed
- track record of participation on multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups
- strong analytical abilities and skills to evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions
- solid technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
- understanding of how it affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes
- previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is desirable, involving broad based information systems and utilizing tools and techniques to affect business change
- they are expected to have the ability to lead teams or work streams.
*qualifications*
- at least 4 year degree or higher in information systems management, computer science, engineering, chemistry, a related discipline or equivalent experience
- proficient english.
- 6 years of it or a related discipline experience
- experience with informatica data quality, data axon or data idq
- min 3 years of experience with one or more of the following informatica mdm hosted tools: supplier 360, customer 360, product 360
- knowledge of informatica data quality, axon data governance, enterprise data quality capabilities is preferred
- must have knowledge of data governance best practices
- analytical and conceptual skills
- ability to effectively participate in or potentially lead teams!
- must be comfortable working remotely using primarily virtual means of collaborating with colleagues and managers
