We're seeking a b2b sales account executive with marketing agency experience who wants to grow and join our team as an account executive. We've had a long history of successfully building teams. The ideal candidate understands how to learn a sales playbook we're developing and close customers. Typically we have a 1-2 meeting close.
responsibilities
* utilize crms, prospect effectively, and leverage modern sales tools like google sheets, meta ads, cold calling software, slack, and instantly.ai.
* collaborate with lead-generation team members who drive inbound opportunities through email ads, cold calling, and other channels.
* measure, analyze, and report sales performance on a daily and weekly basis.
* work independently without requiring micromanagement while maintaining accountability to key performance metrics.
* experiment with and test new strategies to optimize sales performance and improve efficiency.
* engage in asynchronous communication with the team, with minimal recurring meetings aside from essential weekly reporting.
requirements
* 4+ years of experience working for a marketing agency
* crm and software usage (hubspot, salesforce, instantly.ai)
* comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
* a self-starter who thrives in a high-performance culture.
* comfortable working with a globally distributed team in an asynchronous work environment.
* ambitious and eager to take on a leadership role in sales as our agency continues to scale.
