processes parts orders and orders changes to include price quotations, preparation and follow-ups on purchase orders, part identification, and confirmation of shipment dates.
uses manufacturing resource software to retrieve customer information, verifies inventory levels, and processes purchase order.
contacts customers on status of orders.
daily meetings takes full ownership for problem solving by working proactively with quality control, service, engineering, shipping, accounting, and purchasing to resolve customer issues.
advises customers of schedule dates and changes.
provides price and availability to customers.
obtains approval from buyers to ship items that are of limited quantity.
negotiates with buyers if lead times not acceptable to the customer.
assists in procuring part numbers and part number identification.
works with purchasing on new or missing part loading, lead times, and pricing.
reviews backlog order daily and manages specific kpi (sales, shipping) sends order to warehouse for shipping (shipping documents) follow shipping orders thru logistic to deliver it on time.
billing process, deliveries, inventory transfers.
(invoices) analysis of forecast and update on sap system considering engineering changes.

university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6 years suggested minimum experience.
english advanced.
