We are currently looking for a purchasing agent. This is a full-time opportunity from 9-6, monday through friday. We offer a complete benefits package which includes health insurance and a 401 (k) plan after a 3 months. Pay is commensurate with experience.
*responsibilities*:
- source suppliers, vendors, manufacturers and negotiate purchasing price
- prepare purchase orders by verifying details, specifications, and pricing
- monitor and expedite orders
- maintain supplier’s database and keep employees up to date on any changes
- keep track of incoming orders to ensure equipment arrives on time
qualifications:
- experience in sourcing, purchasing & negotiating
- highly proficient in microsoft office programs (excel, office 365, word)
- ability to work independently
- ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and co-workers.
- experience meeting supply/demand needs within the technology industry is a plus.
- netsuite crm software experience is a plus!
Pay: $33,993.00 - $77,607.00 per year
