coach safety, quality and productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work
support kaizen (continuous improvement) and coach problem resolution to the lowest level
meet ftt, inventory, cost, scrap, supply, and tooling expense targets
basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents
conduct daily sqdcpme confirmations
confirm work areas adhere to 5s standard of workplace organization, and workstations are free of debris and contamination
coach, teach, and feedback on resolution of abnormalities (andon), and confirm closure of concerns
verify and maintain documentation (ojt, versatility, and mandatory training)
develops team members/team leader/skill trade to ensure effective decision making/abnormality manage
provides timely feedback on specific aspect of the employee's performance
assist work groups as required to maintain production flow consistent with cycle time requirements
confirm maintenance tasks (crisis, predictive and preventive) are completed
supervise, evaluate, and empower production team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work
