*experience/education*: 5-7 years real estate industry experience.
mba or master of real estate degree preferred with a strong record of academic achievement.
*specific skills desired*:must be completely fluent in english and spanish.
experience with financial analysis and modeling.
strong analytical ability.
advanced knowledge of microsoft excel, powerpoint, and word.
highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
strong detail orientation.
strong level of customer services skills and professionalism.
ability to travel up to 25%.- as directed, manage all aspects of the corporate real estate process defining space requirements, site selections, negotiations, document preparations, excess space dispositions throughout the latin america region.- work with project management team to analyze and develop tenant improvement requirements and costs.- evaluate real estate alternatives (lease vs. buy, sale/leaseback, build-to-suit) and recommend the most cost-effective solution.- lead internal support functions and external service partners to ensure that all parties are meeting their schedule responsibilities and following sops.- interface with governmental entities involving zoning, permitting and tax issues.- identify and contribute cost saving opportunities for all project activities on a regular basis.- communicate frequently with all levels of the project teams, customers, and management.- update corporate real estate database.tipo de puesto: tiempo completolugar de trabajo: on the road
