*main responsibilities*:

- evaluate enhancements, changes, and upgrades to ensure the integrity of the governance & operation model of the institutional core hr processes
- participate in design, development & implementation of digital hr tools, platforms, apps & solutions aimed to improve our workforce experience at cemex
- promote a self-service culture through the automation of processes, including redesigning activities, workflows, and transactions.
- work with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize initiatives
- and promote a sustainable governance model
- establish effective working relationships with al internal & external collaborators to ensure a sustainable governance model thought our operation
- collaborate with external partners & third-party vendors
- analyze & prepare reports
