as an executive administrator and translator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication between spanish, english, and mandarin-speaking audiences.
in addition to acting as a translator, you will provide general administrative support to the leadership team.
*responsibilities*:- interpret verbal communication accurately during meetings, conferences, and other events.- ensure that translated materials maintain the style, tone, and context of the original content.- collaborate with colleagues to clarify translation queries and ensure accuracy.- stay updated on industry-specific terminology and linguistic nuances in both spanish and mandarin.- proofread and edit translated materials to ensure grammatical correctness and readability.- provide general administrative support to management, including managing files, records, documents, travel planning, meeting schedules, and other.- assist with special projects, initiatives, or research assignments as assigned by management.- handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
*requirements*:- fluency in both spanish, mandarin, and english with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all languages.- proven experience as a translator or interpreter, with a strong portfolio of previous work.- bachelor's degree and/or certifications in translation, linguistics, or a related field preferred.- knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with budget management.- excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.- ability to work independently and as part of a team.- strong organizational and time management skills.- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.work location: in person
