coordinate planning, execution and development of projects for the launch of new products and engineering changes, based on the guidelines of plc (product life cycle) and mlc (material life cycle) ensuring that the objectives of quality, cost and delivery are met (timing).
- review with project management (pm) project timing, where key activities, dates of deliverables, plc gates, milestones with client, etc., must be included.
- coordinate in conjunction with project management (pm) "kick-off" of the project, where it will communicate / review with the launch team: timings and dates of deliverables of the project, initial concepts of product and process and any other additional information relevant to the project.

- coordinate with master data admin, the creation of part numbers of components, boms and structures in dp1 once the releases (jobmanager) are released in cse by r & d.
- coordinate with advanced purchases the inclusion of the new components in the contract.
- coordinate with sqm the creation of q-infos for all the new components.
- coordinate with finance the costing of components and cost collectos of assemblies.
- coordinate in conjunction with pm, gate review board.
- ensure the availability of components in quantity and time required for different events of fabración during the project.
elaboration of ppap po's, entry and release of material, etc.
- make available the scrap that can be generated in each of the manufacturing events.
- monitor and control changes to the product and ensure that the implementation of these in time and form according to internal or client requirements.
- update cross reference and build-q report with information on each manufacturing event.
- ensure the availability of assemblies for the execution of validation tests (pv, functional, endurance, etc.)
- coordinate the preparation and execution of the safe launch control plan.
- review with a multidisciplinary team ramp up plan, to ensure the availability of operational staff (if applicable) and components.
- attend and participate in weekly plr meetings.
- perform delivery protocol to project production (ppap readiness) and release of line / equipment.
- coordinate the execution of safe launch (weekly monitoring meeting) and as well as follow up on the designation of corrective actions and implementation of the same for the findings detected during this inspection.
- co-ordinate the term of safe launch once the determined exit criteria are covered.
- support apqp in activities required for client approval.
- coordinar con master data admin, la creación y/o actualziación números de parte de componentes, boms y estructuras en dp1 una vez que los releases (jobmanager) sea liberados en cse por parte de r&d.

- coordinar con finanzas el costeo de componentes y cost collectos de ensambles.
- coordinar y dar seguimiento a fechas de punto de quiebre, buscando la no generación de material obsoletos.

- organizar/dirigir junta semanal de cambios de ingenieria.
