this position is responsible for inventory and supplies, carrying out the processes of reception, storage, and delivery, in addition to securing the warehouse and supervising the warehouse's employees.

- maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- proactively identifies deviations or potential deviations and works with the production management team to take corrective action immediately.
- complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- education level required:_
- bachelor’s degree.
- years and area of experience required:_
- minimum experience of 2 years in similar positions, in manufacturing industries (preferably electrical).
- technical knowledge:_
- english 80%
- responsible for finish goods & raw materials handling, storage, movement, materials transaction & shipments
- shipment accuracy & on time delivery for the good leaving factory
- maintain the best quality &safety of inventory by following procedures or working instruction (storage standard & security control)
- ensure all inventory transaction being clear and recorded (tickets)
- f/g & raw materials storage location must be controlled
- collaborate with: om, pmc, production, purchasing, engineering team, npi team, qa team and customs
- inventory records integration & accuracy in sap system
- sap, lms, tmc’s & e - stock system knowledge
- bilingual
- bom (bill of materials), knowledge of structure (as-400 / mapics).
