*purpose of the position*
manager senior of execution and control is responsible for guaranteeing the proper conduct of the branch operation as well as certification of the business methodology that is executed through the branch network nationwide, with the objective of achieving the right balance. between customer service, operational risk and risk appetite, through strict adherence to global standards, current regulations, applicable technological solutions and proper training and risk awareness of personnel.
*main responsibilities*:
- designs, executes strategies and action plans to reinforce the control environment in the branches that favor the reduction of operational risk.
- ensures that the branch network has the appropriate controls for the operation in order to reduce operational losses and identify the lack of controls when they do not exist.
- ensures that each function operates according to its role to guarantee a greater culture of control, timely focus to increase sales, greater efficiency, service and lower losses.
- makes visits to branches during the execution and control advisor review, to supervise that the reviews are carried out in accordance with the evaluation criteria.
- participates in divisional forums where results of control issues are presented and strategies are defined.
- provides support to the divisional directorates in fortuitous cases such as assaults, contingencies, consolidations, etc.
- maintains constant communication with the control and product areas to identify and analyze the causes that lead to deviations caused during the operation and together propose improvements and controls.
requirements
- bachelor's degree in administrative economics or engineering
- minimum 6 years of experience in banking processes, control or operational areas, branch control section.
- experience in knowledge of operational processes
