the digital marketing manager plays a crucial role in driving online sales and enhancing the brand visibility of our brands in a competitive digital landscape. The manager will create engaging customer experiences across various digital channels, build strong partnerships, and optimize resources to maximize return on investment. key responsibilities
e-commerce management
* oversee the daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platform, conducting market research to identify consumer trends and perform competitive analysis within the industry.
* suggest improvements to operations and marketing efforts aimed at driving sales and increasing customer engagement.
* develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
* be an integral part of the brand team in the development of the annual brand planning.
* assist in the development of the quarterly dtc (direct-to-consumer) activation strategy and calendar.
* create and manage content calendars that promote products and drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
* collaborate with agency partners to ensure successful execution of activations, including paid performance, crm agencies, and affiliate marketing.
performance analytics
* analyze data to generate insights that inform marketing decisions and optimize future campaigns.
* use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior.
budget management
* manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize roi.
* evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.
* manage and track the dtc advertising & promotion (a&p) budget and reconciliation process.
what you’ll need
* bachelor's degree required. (marketing, business or related careers).
* fluency in english (both written and verbal). This position reports to the usa and mexico.
* a relationship builder who listens to the needs of the team and industry and works collaboratively.
* a creative mind with innovative approaches and engagement techniques.
* strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
