*your mission at sistema.bio*:
reporting to the global head of talent and learning, you will be responsible for *designing, implementing, facilitating, managing and monitoring global learning experiences and training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees across the different regions and functions*. You will lead the global sistema.bio academy.
*you'll be in charge of*:
- designing and developing impactful global and cross-functional training programs, online courses, and learning materials that captivate and resonate with employees across all the regions and functions.
- establishing a systematic and comprehensive approach to assess training needs and conducting capability assessments to identify performance, skills, and knowledge gaps.
- developing and implementing assessment strategies and metrics to measure effectiveness of training programs. Using feedback and data to make improvements and demonstrate roi of the training programs.
- setting global standards and best practices for training content and delivery to ensure uniformity and effectiveness across all the regions and departments. Providing support to all training creators at sistema.bio.
- managing our learning platform to facilitate seamless learning experiences and monitor progress effectively.
*more about you*:
- master's or bachelor's degree in human resources management, education, or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in corporate learning & development
- previous experience in an international organization
- experience in instructional design is preferred
- proven ability to facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences
- strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- comfortable using learning management systems and authoring tools
- passionate about environmental impact and committed to social impact work
- autonomous with excellent project management skills
- detail-oriented
- growth-minded, resourceful, and full of innovative ideas
- fluent in both english and spanish
