Contribute to the design and delivery of accurate, meaningful, consistent, and engaging communication with the aim to build a positive impact on our workforce experience, company's culture, and values.
*main responsibilities*:
- connect with cemex central audience worldwide to understand and deliver communications tailored to different internal audiences.
- coordinate with ohr, ccpa - in ensuring that our talent is well informed and stays motivated.
- design and delivery internal communications plan and content through diverse medias or channels
- create a framework of clear and effective employee communications on a broad variety of topics.
- execute meaningful in-person activities that allow our talent to connect with the company and their sense of belonging.
- create strategic content for internal users to deliver a holistic workforce experience
*position challenges*:
- finding creative ways to develop communications plans and products and making them available to a geographically dispersed workforce.
- keep abreast of internal communication trends and practices.
- working in coordination with different hr and area stakeholders
- learning on the fly and developing solutions with little information
- develop a strategic communication approach to create awareness, engagement, and a delightful workforce experience
*qualifications*:
- 100% english and spanish proficiency
- academic background: bs, ba preference for marketing or communication minors
- *at least 2 years working experience in communications.

- advanced office 365 skills, understanding of marketing, international relations, oral and written skills.
- speaking skills, creativity, integrity, flexibility, determination, negotiation, ability to develop productive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders and willingness to learn
